To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience leading software development teams;
• Experience in an agile working environment;
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;
• Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.
