Job description

You will be responsible for the global service portfolio, including portfolio quality & improvement, billing, service demand & supply management, service marketing and consumer transition strategy, planning and implementation. You will also be responsible for business management team to consolidate overall operational risk, finance, and performance and to play an active role in the global management team.

You will also lead the ongoing development of as an agile, consumer-centred service organisation with specific focus on business model & governance evolution, alignment across service groups and strategy alignment.
 

Objectives

• Develop and maintain services strategy – including an approach to service marketing, demand and supply management and overall lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain an external partner portfolio for research, innovation and a strategic roadmap representation for leading this engagement
• Ensure the transition pipeline is coherent and optimised
• Develop an effective portfolio management approach to manage investments, benefits realisation and prioritisation
• Establish global infrastructure governance, governing principles for both strategy and deployment & oversee the end-to-end governance process, handle deviations, exceptions and exemptions
• Establish a model for continuous close alignment with the Infrastructure architecture team
• Develop and maintain a risk assessment model in conjunction with the NFR & COO Control functions
• Develop and maintain a consolidated performance management framework
   

Expertise & Skills

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related field is required.  Master’s degree is preferred
• 10-15 years of IT background in multi-matrix international company
• Proven track record of working in a diverse international environment
• Leading large scale transformation across a diverse technology and stakeholders portfolio
• Introducing strategic cloud & platform capabilities successfully to a large enterprise
• Leading within a global start-up and or a consumer-centric transformation
• Lean start-up and design thinking
