Strategy Lead Autonomous Operations KPN

As a Strategy Lead, you lead the mission to become the Reference Telco of Europe, by realizing Autonomous Operations. You know how to connect Autonomous Networking, AiOps and the future Digital operator into a working whole. You define the strategy and give shape and content to the transformation into a digital operator with chain-wide and autonomous processes, supported by technologies/concepts such as AI, digital twin, automated closed loops and intent-based networking. With your inspiring approach, you involve both senior management and operational departments, ensuring the ultimate customer experience by changing customer, service and technology processes with a chain-wide approach.

What you're going to do

Your tasks include

• Develop and implement new strategies for our future digital operator and digital customer journeys.
• Mapping the impact on KPN's operating model.
• Designing and initiating transformation programs and projects based on the defined strategy, including leading multidisciplinary teams for design and transformation.
• Coaching our colleagues within and outside Strategy, Transformation & Architecture in the new technology, processes and changes.
• Determining the value of the strategy and embedding it in KPN's strategic plans by making value and business cases.
• Inspiring and mobilizing both colleagues and external partners, and presenting our strategy to the Board of Directors, leadership teams and operations.

The Digital Operations team consists of a driven team of strategists, (enterprise) architects and transformation leads who work together on the future and digitalization of KPN. Fueled by technology, we look together at all aspects of strategy and transformation, thinking from the customer's perspective and translating our vision into value for the company. We do this for the Autonomous Operations transformation program by transforming processes, IT and data into autonomous processes controlled by AI. We also do this for Security, the future Fiber Operator and KPN's plan, build and run processes.

Together you will build the most progressive digital and AI-driven process and IT chain infrastructure in Europe. With a sharp look at the future, a good insight into the present and valuable lessons from the past, you are part of a team that pushes boundaries and wants to keep getting better.
