We recruit IT leadership candidates primarily from our own network and through headhunting. With our experience in conducting thorough screenings, we are able to deliver a quality short list. FOUNDER

Caroline van der Beek

Caroline founded HPW Executive Search in 2011 after more than a decade working for IT companies such as SUN Microsystems, Oracle and HintTech. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive knowledge of technology, organizations, and leadership styles.

Supported by an extensive network within the IT sector, a Commercial Bachelor and a Master in Culture, Organization and Management (Social Sciences) from the Vrije Universiteit, she laid the foundation for HPW Executive Search.
